Working With a Kitchen Designer
This Old House online has a great post on working with a kitchen designer.
(like ME!)
It's called 9 Steps to Getting the Kitchen You Want.
Enjoy!
And remember, we all do things a little bit differently. For instance, I don't usually use a questionnaire...Just a lot of listening and note-taking and throwing out ideas to get your reactions and establish the "rules" I will work by.

I am with you Peggy. I hate questionaires. Too sterile for me and most clients prefer to not fill out a "form". I like to ask questions, gauge reactions, throw an idea or two out to see what sticks and basically figure out the "non-negotiable" items. Cheryl
ReplyDeleteI have worked for many years in kitchens from fast paced to small time setups and having read the Kitschy Kitchens blog i can really relate to some of the things listed. Keep up the great blogging.
